Education: Hofstra University (B.B.A., 1976); Cardozo School of Law (J.D., 1979); New York University (LL.M. in "Taxation, 1985). Member: New Jersey State and American Bar Associations (Taxation, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections). Mr. Weisberger worked with Coopers & Lybrand as an associate (1980-1984), where his practice included gift, estate, and corporate and tax planning. From 1985-1987 he was with the estate and tax law firm of Jerome A. Deener, Hackensack, New Jersey, as a tax Associate, and from 1987-1989 he worked for Sills Cummis Zuckerman Radin Tischman Epstein & Gross, Newark, New Jersey, as a tax Associate. Mr. Weisberger joined Williams, Caliri, Miller & Otley, P.C. in 1989 as an Associate
and became a Shareholder of the firm in 1993. His practice areas are tax and estate
planning and estate administration. Mr. Weisberger is a frequent lecturer on various
business, tax, and estate planning matters. |
