BETSY ANN ROSENBLOOM is a graduate of Rutgers College of Rutgers University (B.A. cum laude) and Rutgers University Graduate School of Education; and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D.) She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Rosenbloom has concentrated her practice on the representation of secured creditors in the protection of their rights. She has particular experience in real estate title issues. Ms. Rosenbloom has been an expert witness in foreclosure aspects of secondary mortgage market litigation and is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Title Insurance Producer. She is a member of the Foreclosure Practice Subcommittee on the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Ms. Rosenbloom was a law clerk to Judge Florence R. Peskoe, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, Family Part, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County.

Ms. Rosenbloom joined Williams, Caliri, Miller & Otley, P.C. in 2008 as an Associate.
