LINDA H. SAMSON, born Paterson, New Jersey, February 14, 1958; admitted to bar 1983, New Jersey and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. Education: Drew University (B.A., 1980); Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University (J.D., 1983). Having recently served as President of The Passaic County Bar Association, Ms. Samson gained wide respect for breaking new ground as the first woman to attain that office. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association. Ms. Samson has also been selected to teach family law practice to less-experienced attorneys by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. She is a former co-chair of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Committee, and a member of the Matrimonial and Complimentary Dispute Resolution Committees of the Passaic County Bar Association. Ms. Samson is also active in the New Jersey Defense Association, the New Jersey State, Morris County, and American Bar Associations and their sections of family law. She has served as a charter Barrister of the Justice Robert Clifford Inn of the Court, and is a member of the Court's Arbitrator Selection Committee in the Passaic County vicinage.
