Christopher A. Erd was born in Englewood, NJ, October 8, 1968. He received his J.D. from New York Law School (cum laude 1994), and a B.S. from Rutgers University, Cook College (Environmental Policy. Institutions and Behavior, 1991). Mr. Erd was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Christine L. Miniman, J.S.C. (1995-96). He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1994, the United States, District of New Jersey Bar in 1994, and the New York Bar in 1995. Mr. Erd's primary practice areas include land use and zoning, environmental, real estate transactions (commercial and residential), landlord/tenant (commercial and residential), general business counseling and community associations. He is currently a member of the Branchburg Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and on the Township’s Wildlife Management Committee; was a member of the Branchburg and Bedminster Environmental Commissions, and has served as an officer and general counsel for community associations.
